Yes. If your Approbation application was unsuccessful, we review the decision in detail. We ask you to share the official decision and, if available, the expert opinion with us first. On that basis we carry out a free preliminary review and risk assessment. We then decide whether we can take over the file. If we do, the process is handled under ProMed’s consulting and representation within the scope of the power of attorney you provide.

No. We do not provide consulting for Schengen (tourist or short-stay) visa applications. At ProMed we only support long-term work visas for working in Germany. Within that scope we advise on preparing the required documents and the application process.

Yes. For healthcare professionals who wish to open or take over a clinic or pharmacy in Germany, we provide consulting and guidance on market analysis, permit procedures, business plan preparation, and administrative processes.

Yes. We advise on the steps required so specialist training completed in Turkey or another country can be recognised in Germany.

Yes. We advise on the application steps needed to use academic titles obtained abroad (e.g. Dr., Assoc. Prof., Prof.) in Germany. We review your academic documents, assess how the title may be used in Germany, and guide you through the entire process.

For healthcare professionals in Germany, professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) is especially important. Depending on your field of activity, further insurance types may be required. We provide information and referrals in these areas.

We also offer consulting for healthcare professionals who already hold Approbation—in particular clinical job applications, CV and cover letter preparation, interview preparation, specialist recognition, professional insurance, opening or taking over a clinic or pharmacy, and career planning.
